Fritz is a choreographer, dancer, actor, and teacher. His most notable works include the choreography for Ang Huling El Bimbo the Musical (Gawad Buhay Award for Outstanding Choreography for a Play or Musical 2018) and the opening ceremony of the 2019 SEA Games. He is a graduate of the BA Theater Arts program at the University of the Philippines, where he did extensive work with Dulaang UP, including The Dressing Room, Ang Nawalang Kapatid, and Orosman at Zafira. He has also taught dance for Poveda Theatric, Saint Pedro Poveda College's performing arts chapter.
